In summer 2024 from 1 June to 1 September, seat reservation is compulsory on ICE and Intercity Berlin. This reservation is free if you select it while booking your train ticket.

- Or you have an Interrail or Eurail Pass
- Book a seat in the same class as your train ticket
- Maximum 5 seats in a booking. Need more? Make a separate booking.
